| The Holkham is without doubt the grandest barn
on the farm. The barn will sleep 9 people and originally it was used for grain
storage. It has now been converted to luxurious and spacious self catering accommodation. It
retains many original features such as flint stonework and pitch pine beams. The
barn has modern under-floor heating to make comfort a premium and pitch pine doors which
make it all very warm and homely.
The accommodation consists of four bedrooms, two with en-suite. There are three
large bedrooms, two with double beds, 1 with three singles and a further bedroom with
large pine bunk beds which adults would be very comfortable in and the kids would love
them. There is also a large galleried area which has a sofa bed and is large enough
to sleep two additional adults.
The Holkham barn comes fully equipped with all modern
facilities such as dishwasher, fridge, fridge freezer, washing machine, t.v & video
plus a hi-fi and much more besides.
On the outside it has its own enclosed patio area with lawned garden with garden
furniture which all adds up to make your stay very enjoyable and comfortable, a place you
will certainly want to return to. |
