Terms of Business
1. Visitors undertake to leave the barns in a clean and tidy condition as found.
2. Visitors are responsible for any breakage's or damage, and must inform the owners of such.
3. The owners reserve the right to seek compensation for any damage discovered after guests have departed.
4. A 20% deposit of the total holiday cost must be received within 7 days of making a booking
5. Full payment must be made at least 8 weeks before start of the rental period.
6. Visitors are responsible for their own cancellation insurance arrangements.
7. Cancellations must be received in writing and the balance will be due unless we are able to re-let the barn.
