| Jonas Farm Holiday Barns were, up until 5 years ago, part of a working
farm. Now they have been carefully converted to a very high standard to provide
self-catering holiday guest accommodation in North Norfolk. We have named them all after
local well known Norfolk Halls. Each Holiday Barn has been designed to retain many of
the original features, such as, exposed timbers and traditional flint & brick work
whilst providing modern, high quality accommodation. |

- Traditional hand made pitched pine doors can be found in each
barn as well as wooden floors with under-floor heating throughout which is controlled by
thermostat to suit your individual needs, also making the guest accommodation suitable for
all year round use.
- The equipment provided in your holiday accommodation is of
the highest quality. The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric cooker, dishwasher and
fridge with freezer compartment plus a full range of cooking utensils. Crockery and tea
towels are also provided.
- Bathrooms have matching wash basins, toilet and bath with
fitted shower. Bath towels are also provided.
- Bedrooms have top quality pine beds and matching pine
furniture. Duvets and bed linen are provided.
- Living areas are equipped with two/three seater suites with
throws plus pine coffee tables.
- Each barn has its own garden or patio area where you can
relax in the evenings.
- Televisions, videos and hi-fi's are provided in all our guest
accommodation.
- Heating, Electricity, Bed Linen and Towels are all included
in the hire charge.
- For the children cots and high chairs are available on
request.

There is also a children's play area on the complex.

We have a reception on site where you can borrow a video or
pick up brochure for the many attractions in Norfolk. There is also a laundry service area
with washing machines and drying facilities. Our manageress is at hand to deal with any
problems or answer any questions you may have.

Our Location
Jonas Farm Holiday Barns are ideally situated in the village
of Roughton in North Norfolk and is an excellent holiday destination for visitors of any
age or interest.
Just a one mile walk to Cromer 'The Gem of the Norfolk
Coast' which is famous for its End of Pier Show, Cromer Crabs and its Beautiful 'Blue
Flag' Sandy Beaches. Please have a look at our Local

For visitors arriving by rail we are less than one mile from
Roughton Railway Station and don't worry if you haven't got your own transport, we have a
regular Bus Service running past our Complex.
